5. Regulations :

(I) Students may take other departments’ elective courses after getting the approval from his / or her research advisor as well as the head of department.

(II) Master students require a minimum of 22 credits to get the degree.  Second year students must choose Seminar (3) (4)、Colloquium (3) (4). Students must select Thesis in and after the 3rd year. Although the credits of Thesis will be shown on the transcript, they will not be counted for the graduation credits.

(III) Each international student in our department is required to take the online Academic Research Ethics Education course and pass the test to obtain a certification. This certification is required when you apply for the thesis oral examination. Therefore, for those who fail the test for the first time, a retake of the course with the least delay is strongly suggested.
